He is an active and super sporty student. Not only does he excel at his favourite roller hockey, Edgar also enjoys plenty of other sports like rugby, tennis, cycling, climbing, skiing, hiking … and he’s always open to trying a new sport!
Edgar and his family enjoy outdoor activities together, and he likes to play video games and watch movies with his friends.
Edgar is looking forward to spending time with his host family, hopes to make some new friends and is ready to grab any opportunity for new experiences that comes his way

Marie from France
Marie is energetic and joyful, always looking for the bright side of life.
She has a wide range of interests, ranging from volleyball to ballet, skiing and snowboarding to animals and music (violin, oboe, piano and singing).
Marie’s family is Japanese, but she has lived in France all her life. She is used to navigating different cultural backgrounds and is looking forward to sharing her Japanese and French cultures with her host family while learning about life in Aotearoa.
